Refund Policy

We’re confident that Craft Connection will provide you with the support, inspiration, and community you need to elevate your craft business. However, if you find that our community is not a perfect fit for you, cancelation of your account is easy:

You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Subscriptions are renewed monthly. There’s no long-term commitment required. If you wish to no longer be a member of the community, simply cancel your subscription and you will not be billed again. You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your month cycle.
Refund Requests: Due to the nature of the service offered, membership fees are non-refundable. You are able to keep the resources you’ve already downloaded.
After you have canceled your subscription, you will no longer have access to the online resource library, and you will be removed from the Instagram member chat. Only current members are eligible to receive affiliate credits toward your membership.
